KUWAIT: The state visits, paid by His Highness the Amir of Kuwait Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah to the member countries of the Gulf Cooperation Council following his inauguration, laid the groundwork for a new era featuring a new national list of priorities and aspirations.
