KUWAIT CITY, Sept 29: Najat Ibrahim, Acting Director General of the Central Agency for Information Technology (CAIT), highlighted the critical importance of fostering collaboration and sharing expertise in information technology among Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) member states.
